Are Dealerships open?

Dealerships are closed from March 29th – April 15th for general business, except for essential service vehicle maintenance and parts.

At this time, can I start the processes of purchasing a vehicle?

Quotations and financing enquiries can be requested digitally. For further information please visit our website.  www.massymotors.com

I initiated the purchase of a vehicle, how would this affect the process and delivery?

Due to the closure of non-essential businesses which includes licensing office. All licensing of vehicles have been put on hold until further notice.

I am unable to get through Customer Care about an issue, what can I do?

Communication to all departments via phone, email and WhatsApp are options available to each department at each location from New Vehicle Sales, After Sales, Service and Parts. For contact information please visit our website.  www.massymotors.com

At this moment, can I schedule a service?

All service scheduling are placed on hold at present unless vehicles are part of the Essential services fleet such as Police, Ambulance and Emergency Response etc. Access to Service Managers are available via WhatsApp, email and direct phones lines.  

I previously scheduled an obligatory service, given the current situation, what happens with my warranty?

Once Government provides the all clear to commence business operations, customers will be contacted to reschedule their serviceso, that their warranty can be maintained.
